Ice Cream

How about a refreshing bowl of ice cream on a hot summer day? Hard to turn down, but let’s make it more fun and exciting to eat. Adding toppings are the quickest way to make any scoop of ice cream into a party dessert.

I suggest layering berries and granola between scoops of ice cream or making your own gluten-free ice cream sandwiches. Check out my recipe for homemade granola, chocolate cookies and ice cream sandwiches.http://noglutensolution.com/?p=462

An elegant dessert would be to top mint ice cream with warmed raspberries. Place fresh raspberries in a skillet and cook over medium heat until berries release their juices. Simple and beautiful, you can feel confident serving bowls of this confection at any dinner party.
